Caller: Scammer - unknown Received a voice memo phone call saying something to the affect of:
“This is the Australian Taxation office, we have noticed fraudulent actions against your tax file number and we are issuing a warrant for your arrest, to speak to a consultant press 1”
I press 1
Someone with a very think un-Australian accent on the other end... “please give me your details”
I just laughed and hung up. Please be warned!
