Caller: I don’t know A prerecorded message said my tax file number had been fraudulently used. It told me to press 1 on my keypad to speak to an officer, I did this, a man answered and I said “ hi my file number has been fraudulently used”, the line then disconnected. I rang the phone number back but was unable to be connected to this phone number.
