Caller: Apparently “Commonwealth Bank”

A woman with a very heavy Indian accent called claiming to be from the security team from commonwealth bank. Asked if I had spent $600 under the name Jan Smith and would I like to release the funds or cancel. I said, obviously I would like to cancel. She proceeded to say we needed to undergo a procedure to confirm my identity. I told her I would hang up and call Commonwealth bank directly to confirm this and she hung up before I finished my sentence.
