sent a message tp me saying that a parcel cant be delivered until I pay $3.00 customs fees, obviously a scam with a link

Supposedly Australia Post, except link provided on the SMS is suspect. Also, nobody would write Customs fees as 3$ - these scammers really don't know how DUMB they are...
