These people are scammers. First a woman called who said there had been a fraudulent spend on my account for bitcoin , and gave me a customer reference number put me through to who they said was my bank and wanted me download a security app that had had reviews saying it was a scam. When I said the the man he was a scammer he took offense, which made me think he definitely was a scammer.
