Auspost tag, but a scammer

Text message apparently from Bendigo Bank 'Your new payee L. Andrews has successfully been sent 87.29 AUD. If this was NOT paid by you, visit https://bendigo-payee-alert.com".
It is definitely a scam. EG., (a) my name not mentioned, (b) I don't have a Bendigo account, (c) An Australian company will indicate $87.29 and not 87.29 AUD, (d) If a bank was querying a suspicious transaction, it will check before paying and not pay and ask if I had any concerns about it - absolutely stupid and totally a phishing exercise, (e) So obvious they want you to just click the link and grab the bait !!!

Text message received from "Westpac" asking to click the link and log in as activity associated with my account violated their agreement.

Text looks very real however I do not, nor have I ever been with Westpac, nor has anyone else in my family.
