Caller: Fake Telstra Caller Claimed he was from Telstra, Provided name (John Martin) as well as an employee ID, asked us to download an App (anydesk.com) to access our internet, claiming it will fix our connection. however after actually contacting telstra, they confirmed that it was a fake number, fake employee ID. and after talking to this fake employee, had 4 other scam callers lined up afterward.
