Phishing spam pretending to be from a credit provider. The premise is that a large payment has been made on my credit card and that I should respond with "Y" or "N" whether or not it was me
I assume that I get subscribed or opted into some paid service if I do, or maybe they're just trying to verify if my number is active (I suppress read-receipts) to onsell or keep spamming/scamming
