Caution! This number showed up on WhatsApp in connection with the Gumtree Delivery scam.

Same Gumtree Delivery scam. Will send a screenshot of gumtree delivery offering prepayment for a courier to pick up your item.
Likely if you go through it your item will be “picked up” (stolen) and then Helen will come back in a few days telling you her item hasn’t arrived and you’ll be forced to refund. Or the money paid to you in the first place clear into your account.

Scammer. 100%. These people are everywhere

Wants to purchase an item I have on Gumtree. Made arrangements to come over to pick up the item then never showed. Then sent me WhatsApp message early this morning stating that she wanted to double check that the product has 'no shortcomings' and then happy to pay the full price (advertised as negotiable), and an extra 10AUD for the inconvenience of me waiting. Then said I will organize everything myself for Gumtree Delivery and attached a 'screenshot' of how the delivery works. I immediately queried this on Gumtree and saw the information that this is a scam and there is no such thing as Gumtree Delivery. Have reported this to scamwatch and Gumtree.

Contacted me about a Dolphin racing board I posted on Gumtree. I’m not getting scammed out of a couple hundred dollars. I knew that screenshot of a supposedly ‘Gumtree delivery’ whatever it was, was a dead giveaway of another filthy scam.
