Beware - Total scam. It was obvious from the beginning of this phone call that is was a total scam. A women called with a heavy Indian accent, claiming to be from Telstra alerting me to fraudulent access to my internet account, which she was going to 'guide me through the changes I needed to make on my computer' in order to fix this issue. After politely advising her that my internet service was not even with Telstra and much push back from her saying that it did not matter, but she was here to help me fix this fictitious issue, the call was abruptly cut off at her end. Total scam, do not be taken in for a moment
