Asian female voice, said I hadn’t paid my water bill. Young voice laughed in background. I asked her to repeat, she said you must pay. I asked “are you insane?” She said “No we’re Japanese” Told the where to go and ended call. 2 minutes later a blocked number called, didn’t answer.
