Called said they are from Victoria Police but could not tell me where they got my number from...

Received call, Didnt leave a message. tried to call them back and it went to a10sec message bank

claimed to be from police welfare organisation...sounds like a scammer to me

Why don't the police trace the number... Oh I know there's no MONEY to be made from providing a HELPFUL SERVICE!

Just had a call from this number, went to voicemail, no message left.

I also had a call from this number. Like others I am glad I did not reach the phone.

'Police Force', 'drug rehab'... blah... scam...

How the hell do these people get my number when I'm on the do not call register????

Caller was looking for the business owner. Said they'd call back. No other info.

Claimed to be from the "police to help 10 year old kids on drugs and we have to help the kids " then very pushy saying they would send out an "appreciation certificate as all business usually go for the silver level of sponsorship for the online and paper pamphlets to go around all the schools " FYI they have gold silver & bronze levels. Would not take NO for an answer, when I repeatedly said NO he HUNGUP on me. The cheek to do it before I could hang up first!!

Called would not identify. I called them back, they did not answer. Attempted multiple times to call them, the phone was then engaged all day. Suspicious and surely telemarketer
