Caller: Bayside Colonics Review:
This is my opinion only but Bayside colonics have let me down very badly . The owner of the clinic has abandoned me and has left her clinic in the hands of incompetent people who have ganged up on me and have refused to communicate with me including the owner. They don’t have the backbone to deal with me directly so I have had to get a third party involved such as support person. They lied to me and led me to believe they are a safe environment which clearly they are not. The place has extreme negative vibes. They have left me out of pocket as I purchased a $530 colonic/infrared sauna pack. They have discriminated against me and my disability. I expressed interest in purchasing something which thankfully I did not buy in their shop because they weren’t interested in selling it to me because of their discrimination against me. I don’t know exactly what it was (jealousy?) but they just completely stopped talking to me. As a person on a disability pension I made so much effort to save for this only for them to treat me with contempt and rip me off. Never in my life has someone caused me to feel so worthless as Bayside colonics has. I feel destroyed emotionally. The caring words they use are insincere, contrived and they have lied to me and have taken advantage of me as someone on the autistic spectrum. This is an honest account of my experience and this review will be staying up until I am partially refunded with most of what I haven’t used and my concerns acknowledged. Using alias to protect myself.
If these people cannot deal with or be in conflict resolution someone face to face, via email or on the phone, they shouldn’t be in the job or be in business.
I have been attending this clinic on and off for several years so I believe I am qualified to leave an honest review. This came as a shock to me. And Phonecia who I never said anything bad about, asked inappropriate questions during my session and turned against me for no reason.
