Caller: said they were Amazon Prime Videos from Amazon.com THIS IS A SCAM. When asked who's name was on the free trial account they listed the family email. Multiple people use this email, so I asked again who's name was on the account and they hung up. They've obviously bought a list of emails, and is a scam. Always ask who's name the account is under and don't give your details.
