Answered call from this number around 10:43am, was dead air and assumed it was due to the bad reception in the building I was in. Went outside called the number back and left a voicemail for the owner of the number. Moments later the number called back and accused me of being as scammer before I was really able to say anything about why I called back in the first place. They were extremely rude about it and now will not answer the phone from any number to have a discussion about the situation they may be in. I believe a scammer may be masking themselves with this persons number.
