calls, hangs up, no message left, more than likely a scam, called 7.40pm, calls like this usually get more frequent to see if number is in use

Same as the other reports here. I suspect it is a predictive dialer, used to determine if numbers are "live" or not. Be careful, some telemarketer or scammer will probably use it to follow up on you if you answer.
