The text message read "your order has been put on hold because the carrier was unable to reach you. Pleasse update in time: https://tinyurl.com/ZSA855.
I did not order anything at this time and so this is totally a scam call. I blocked the number but I wish the banks and officials would get any scam money back to the victims.
