I have just discovered via a Equifax Credit report that these scums have posted 29 credit file access from 18 may 2016 to 21 Nov 2020 without my knowledge or consent and something I know nothing about. Total scam,an invasion of privacy, harrassment and criminal offence.
I have called Panthera and spoke to a person Jema to find out what was going on , all she wanted to know was my date of birth and refused to answer any questions. Claiming that she needed my date of birth to confirm my identity but wouldn't even provide her surname. Funny , they have access my credit file on 29 occassions and claim they needed to identify me. I am reporting the matter to the authorities and trust you all do the same. They need to be banned.

These bottom dwelling operators need to be put out of business.

i had a call from these guys the other day representing energy australia. wrong name wrong house but had my date of birth. Asked for proof of invoice. Said they could not send me it as it legally not allowed. Asked if i had full or partime employment. Stilled bullied me to the point of saying if i didnt pay today on card they will give me a bad credit reference. i eventually paid $40 by bpay but have not received a receipt.
Spoke to them that arvo after contact with energy Aust .They refered it to a fraud case. They said so what and i recieved a letter demanding to pay the rest. So far wrong name ,wrong address, threatened to give me a bad credit reference. Asked personal finance questions. No documentation except a letter demanding payments. These guys are scum. Block all numbers they cannot get you if you do not admit to identification.

not so sure about this company i no they are tru energy debt collector scabs , they seem bodgy if u ask me , i have had other debt collectors before be careful they do have bpay thats how i am paying them off ........................

I think you might be right about that..... i owe money to them for an outstanding account through a different company and when i went on there website to make a payment it had 3 option, credit card, direct debit or b-pay.
When i chose b-pay, the next window popped up saying "to make payment via b-pay or direct debit, call this number" but yet i could of paid with the credit card immediately.
To pay with b-pay they would need a registered b-pay billers code and the same with direct debit, if they had them why not put them on their website so you could make the payments.....instead of having to call them

It's a scam. Do not answer, let alone give any money.

The losers keep calling me to chase a debt, however they are unable to provide proof of claim..... this is bordering harrassment

Panthera Finance, they keep ringing me for a bill with the Commonwealth Bank that I don't have. Won't take no for an answer, even from a financial advisor. I won't answer the calls now
