Caller: Scott, Harcourts Real Estate, Brisbane A lady phoned saying…I’m ringing on behalf of Scott from Harcourts, he will be in your area next week to give other people a property valuation. I’m not interested.

Caller: Barry Plant (but lied about it) Called "On behalf of a neighbour" who thought i should get my property evaluated to make sure i made "Maximum profit". I said it's a rental so it's none of their business and received a very sarcastic "Oh thanks for telling me!"
When I asked who gave them my phone number, they hang up. Barry plant then called a week later with a threatening phone call to intimidate me into a $150+ a week rent increase after "a recent evaluation showed the owner isn't making enough profit"
