OPTUS should be accountable, and ensure they discount and fine these desperate people they must be shamed and branded on social media. I cant believe in this day and age we cant go and arrest them for doing this. OPTUS do something

its an optus number - optus should be monitoring these type of calls, especially when calling a kids mobile. I am over it and OPTUS needs to be accountable.
