Rec'd a text msg from this number today, claiming to be the Tax Office & saying that I have qualified for an 8000A.U.D. refund (- Oh sure!!! )- with login details https://mygovaccess.us/....... What a load of garbage! Why would anyone login to something in USA to claim an Aussie tax refund - I hope that no-one is stupid enough to fall for this. I didn't actually open the msg, because I'm not that stupid. In any case, no-one "qualifies" for a tax refund, you are simply entitled to it or you are not.
