Claims I have advertised in National Crime Review...fraud/scam

Claims I accepted to have an ad in a bushfire magazine last year and that it was being sent today, payment would be discounted if I gave them credit card details. I said no and to not call me again. I have not agreed to any bushfire magazines in the last year.
