Caller: Apparently NBN Technical Department They called almost immediately after connecting my NBN and told me there was a “fatal error” with my connection. They asked if I played any online games or listened to online music??? I said I did and they asked how old my modem was. When I said it was brand new they hung up?? Definitely seems like a scam, maybe trying to scare people into buying new modems
