I had the same experience after using ServiceSeeking. I thought it may have been the gardener who had failed to turn up but it was just that recorded message then music.

I have used Serviceseeking recently and had the same phone call - put on hold for extended period of time with that message. I also gave up. Rude!

Yes, same for me. After 6 mins I gave up. It could be service seeking looking for feedback. Did you use Serviceseeking.com.au recently?

Missed calls with no voicemail left.
When calling back is has a standard 'your call may be monitored for training...etc' then goes to hold music for 10+ minutes!!
