Caller: Said to be Visa Caller advised that they were calling from the Fraud dept of Visa and Mastercard. Said that they have detected a fraudulent internet banking transaction (first flag as credit cards are different to internet banking) being $4,000 and asked for my confirmation. I asked what bank they were calling from and they advised National Australia Bank. I advised that I do not hold any accounts with NAB. They apologised and hung up
