Please be careful this scam seems very convincing.
Avoid answering calls from unknown numbers and never give out payment details no matter how convincing they sound

Got a text messages telling that they have attempted to deliver a package but there is an unpaid customs charge and asking to click a link.

Not a call but received a text asking me to click link based on vague comments about not enough information to complete. No name or business advised.
