Caller: Fake Telstra

Lady with Indian accent claiming to be from Telstra technical services. Advised that I do business with Telstra asked for her employee number and contact details (to her credit lol she gave them - just fake ones). Also addressed me by my first initial and last name, but couldn't tell me what my actual name was on her system and by the time I asked her a bunch of questions she abused me for wasting her time and hung up.
