this is the person we have been in contact with online to buy a bunk bed, we cancelled the order over 4 weeks ago and he will not refund the money his online business is www.mkwtimberdesigns.com.au He says his name is Nicholas or James Henry, he has an ABN that also has P.Finau written on there as well as J Henry. This is the contact mobile number for him, all we need is an address so we can send a letter of formal complaint and ask for our money back

Tania, how can I contact you? We've had something similar happen to us. Photos from their website of the same beds appear in other websites. This phone seems to be disconnected now.
