Caller ( Asian sounding lady ) with background call centre sounds. Asked if it’s my first name, Which I stupidly confirmed yes before asking who was calling. She said it’s Visa Mastercard security to advise of upcoming Amazon transaction for $400 did I authorise the transaction! I replied No and hung up.
Advice to others, don’t conform your name when someone calls you. Ask who is calling first.
