Caller: Supposedly the National Broadband Apparently, so the robovoice told me, they had been trying to get in touch with me for some time (yeah, right!) but they were going to disconnect my phone and internet within 24 hours as local broadband was now in my area. I was to press "1" to speak to the technician. I did not press "1". Instead I disconnected the call.
