Two or three seconds delay when answered the call on my mobile. Caller claimed to be from legal department of some organisation. After laughing loudly at him I hung up. And this is one week after I registered my unlisted land line and mobile numbers on the 'dont call' Government register. I have saved this number and lAbelled as SPAMMER.
