DO NOT ANSWER! They called saying that we had submitted a complaint to NBN about out internet being down (which we didn't) and that it was down because there was unusual overseas activity on our line. They said that I could go to this website which shows us all the activity, but when I didn't comply (because it was likely malware) she threatened to cut off my internet. I hung up and my internet is still working.
