Seems to be phishing re internet connection. Mobile phone number was used. When I answered they took a long time to respond and I could hear lots of chatter in the background. She said it was Telstra technical services about my Internet connection. I only use my mobile phone. My suspicions got much stronger at that and I laughed and said I don't have an Internet connection and hung up. I then contacted Telstra and my suspicions were confirmed.
