Electricity Call Center - Knew my name and mobile number obviously but has to ask if I had an electricity account - not sure which company is giving out my info.

Indian accent - may or may not indicate location of call center.
Barely let me speak as I had to repeat twice to ask her to remove this number from their call list - she then tried to say good and I repeated again - will you removed this number from your list ... she said a very dismissed "ok...ok,.. ok" and I asked, :excuse me, is that a YES you will remove?" and she hung up.
Blocked number but they always call from a new number.
