Caller: E-Toll E-Toll is a legit thing, but this is a fake E-Toll trying to get you to click on a suspicious bit.ly link saying that you haven't paid your "E-tag" payment. E-Toll says themselves that they don't put any links in their SMS's and only SMS you if you opt in.
