Caller: Someone claimed to be from Telstra

Someone claimed to be from Telstra, said there is a problem with my internet at home, but my internet provider is Optus. They keep asking me to access to a computer so they can fix the issue, but I don't have access to computer at the the time, I do think it is a spam call so I hung up.
