This is a scam call to try and get details of your banking (e.g. credit card). The call appears genuine but banks do not call you from a mobile phone number. They try to find out what kind of phone you are using and insist that someone is trying to hack your credit card to purchase bitcoin. Hang up if you get this one. It will start with an automated message that sounds genuine but is not.
