They called with my name and even know my husband's name. They said I opened some phone service last month which we didn't. And then they keep trying to speak in mandarin or ask if I know mandarin. When I said I only speak in English, they hang up the call

Called with my name, but I could not understand them as they had a strong accent. They hung up when I said I couldn't understand them.
