Got a call from a gentleman (who sounded Indian) saying he was from Telstra and that my internet connection was going to be cut off in 2 hours time for 3 months!! I said thanks and hung up! Pretty obvious it was a SCAM!!

Called claiming to be from Telstra calling about my internet connection. I asked why they were calling from a mobile and they hung up

I missed the call and when I rang back was greeted with " Optus wish to advise that the number you dialled has been disconnected".
