Caller: Scam- Visa fraudulent activity Initially call to check activity on credit card - I denied any activity so he said he would put me through to St G Card dept. Woman then took over, asking similar questions - I tried not to answer a direct Yes to anything just said it wasn't my activity. She then wanted me to access mobile app to check account so that I could also cancel transaction - I said I wouldn't and would go back through St G to check. She said this is StG, no need to call, you must do this (check mobile app) or you may still be charged. I said I wouldn't and hung-up. I am sure it was a scam call centre - many voices in the background asking similar questions. Can't see any activity on my Card.
