some ethnic sounding guy wanting to know who i am, if im with the government or private, stating that he received a call from me yesterday and my number had come up on his phone.telling me that its very important that i tell him why i had called. i told him i hadn't called the day prior and he seemed OK with that and hung up. i then received 5 calls in quick succession from a with held number each time i answered it was just blank and after 3 or 4 seconds it hung up on me.
