Caller: I don’t know

The lady told me that she was from Telstra and that there was an issue with my Internet. She said that several people had been hacking into my internet. When she asked for my name I gave her a bogus name and a bogus date of birth to which she then told me that she was opening up my file She then proceeded to tell me that I would need to go to my computer and turn it on, at this point in the conversation I told her that I didn’t have a computer and she told me where to go and hung up on me.
