Same deal, my mob. rang and on answering with "hello" there was 2-3 seconds of silence then they hung up, rand again the next day and i cancelled the call.

Call centre, trying to sell insurance.

hung up when I answered

No one is answering.

They rang a couple of times then I answered it and 2 seconds there was nothing then they it cut out...

Just called and when I said I had already got a call regarding this and that I had insurance already he started asking where I had it... I don’t know and it really isn’t anything to do with you! I am so over being bombarded with calls to change my insurance!!!

Female advised from Australian Contact Centre and asked if I had life, income and/or funeral insurance. I advised it was none of her business and my right to privacy if I had any and for her not to concern herself. She politely said goodbye and hung up.

Caller: Scam

I called back, saying this is Australian Contact Centre. I waited a bit, a human with English lady voice answered my call. She asked if I have funeral and life insurance. I asked if this is a mobile number, she answered Yes, then she asked me the same question again. I said I don't know and I dont know you. She politely said thanks and hang up the call.

0432426034 Silent phone call. Looking at other messages here, they've rang me from other numbers before

they just rang me and i answer with "hello this is ****** ****" and they hung up straight away, called back and the answer machine said "This is Australian Contact Centre." obvisiouly a scam call.

When I explained that im all good, im old I have looked into it all. The Canadian dude got stroppy and hung up.

just received a call from mobile - there was no one there. i checked here and saw nuisance call so blocked the number

Me too! Strange. Maybe they have a quota of calls to make so we were just listed as a call made for their stats?

Getting calls from this stupid number, how do they keep getting my number? Anyone know whether there is there a way to block all telly marketing calls so they never call you again regardless of the number?

Called and they hung up instantly. Researched online to find out it is insurance company.
