Telemarketer called and asked if I was renting, if I was going to buy a house or build a new home, when the answer was no hung up without another work.

Caller: Scammer

Called and introduced herself as Sofia and said she was "updating information about home ownership." I asked who she was (ie which organisation she represented) and she repeated the above (didn't answer my question). So I said "you're updating information for whom?" She ignored this question and asked if I was a home owner. I said no. She feigned disbelief - "really?" I again asked who she was and why she was calling. She again ignored the question and asked if I rented and I said I was not going to divulge personal information. She said "OMG, really?" At this point I hung up. Nauseating.

Rang back and number was disconnected

This Number is really pain in the arse,
initially I have an APP that blocks all scam numbers automatically,
and my APP has blocked it so many times, then i searched this number online and read about the bad reviews on different websites, But this number is so annoying and they keep calling me at least twice a day till today,
I tried calling this number from a private number to tell them off but unfortunately, I couldn't get through because every time I call it, the carrier's operator voice message plays and says the call can't be connected and the number you dialled is disconnected, it's so annoying.....
Can someone help please, even with me blocking this number, I still see missed calls messages from it at least twice everyday...

I missed their call. Called back as it looked like a legitimate number. It stated that the message bank was full. Checked on here and number is now blocked.

Some Asian with a very heavy accent rang my number the other day, he was very hard to understand but he asked if I was a homeowner. I should have asked how he got my name. I got angry and hung up. Sick of these people calling from overseas and who can’t speak very well. Grrrrr

When I said no and said take me off your call list proceeded to say ‘f&@ you b@&tch’
Rang me back 3 times saying are you f&@ing yourself yet b&&tch

Hang up as soon as I answered - saw the list of complaints here and blocked the number, I answered as it looked like a legit mobile number!

has called my number everyday over the last 2weeks. Never leaves voicemail. Finally called the number back and says the number is disconnected.

I did not answer ,when I try to ring this number it says " the number your calling has been disconnected " Do not answer this number

Called twice asking if I was home owner, and if I was interested in a call back about solar. I said no, they then proceeded to ask my if i masturbate and how often. I went along with it as I was on a boring drive home from work. They eventually hung up. Called back 10 minutes later sayin. They were from a radio show and it’s a prank call.

Called up asking about whether I had a home and they're collecting data from all Victorian residents. I hanged up

Called me to ask if I am a home owner and if I have solar panels installed. Started insulting me (in a very heavy Indian accent) once I advised her I am not disclosing any information.

I was threatened and abused by this telemarketer. Be very careful. Don't believe him when he tells you he's a government official and threatens you that you'll be prosecuted for calling him a scammer. There's no such law. Block this number.

Hanged up after i asked to be off the list

They have called me twice in the last 2 days & I say Hello & heard them say my name very noisy background then I said Hello again & they hung up!!

Had a unsolicited call from a supposedly local suburb asking me about various insurances (a major advertiser on Foxtel). They said they’d call back despite not being interested. Call after call a few days later (6:30pm) and blocked them. Tonight the same thing after I answered the first call and heard a call centre. Hung up immediately and the phone immediately rang again. Now blocked. Apparently this is a foreign call centre routing or faking calls from the local area.
