caller answers hello can you hear me .then says shes represents a trading company .
I think this is one of those scams running around

Received call no answer call hung up

answered the call, just said hello 3 times, but no response, they hung up

They rang so many times, but you can't call back.

they ask you can u hear me bastards

I answered with my work department name and they just hung up....think it is the scam going around getting people to say "Yes" so they can record your voice.

Got a Call from them just now - yes a 'Can You Hear Me?' scammer.
Waiting for you to naively say 'yes' so they can Record it to use as the vehicle against you,
- that you have said 'yes' to some fake product or service.

Scam number and you can't call it back
