Purported to be calling from Telstra about my internet connection. I do not have a connection with Telstra. Wanted to help, just needed to access my computer to "Fix" the problems... really wanted to help. Was very annoyed when I suggested it would be quicker if I just gave them my bank account details. Swore profusely at me once they understood I wasn't going to be scammed.
