Caller: I looked up his number Probably a Gumtree scammer! He always answers Wanted ads on Gumtree for people wanting car parts, has very little messaging etiquette.
Doesn't give his name. Won't give his email address. Goes by the Gumtree name "Wreckit"
Says he will post it for free. The Gumtree account is new 2021 and if he deals in car parts (which he says he does) he has no ads on Gumtree! And no previous sales and no other information, which is suspicious.
I requested some photos of the parts he said he had which I had in the WANTED Ad on Gumtree. He just went to ebay and got some photos of parts from there. Didn't even bother using a photo app, just downloaded them as Ebay.image !
Be warned, there are thieves about!
