Caller: A guy

Scammer Alert
Caller said he is from Telstra and said they've noticed someone has been illegally accessing my NBN broadband and so he wanted to help me adjust some settings on my computer so this issue is resolved. He asked that I switch on my computer so we can get some details. I straight away knew he wanted to access my personal details, passwords, etc so I disconnected the call and blocked the number.
When I tried calling that number today (using another line), it says "Optus advices that the number you have dialed has been disconnected". These are scammers!
