Called me twice on no caller ID and then sent me. Text message asking if I could do an appraisal for him this morning (it is 5:53am).

Messaged a female staff member before work hours, insisted on an appraisal same day and out of area, when asked for address and explained that a male agent would also be there, they refused and insistent only the female and still would give details, then decided to cancel appointment, concerning behaviour.
