received a call from this number didnt leave message i have a NO answer on my apple Phone NO message left I NO ANSWER could be a scammer

Called a few times in one day. No messages left. I called back, it rang and re connected a few times to receive "Hello Chris Speaking". No one I know nor anyone I do business with so hung up.

I didn't answer the above number as I didn't know who it was. I rang the above number back "Welcome to the voice mail system" and then it hung up on me..

Caller: Paralympics Raffle Organisers

The above telephone number rang me twice. I rang back and got a strange message bank reply. The above telephone number then rang me back about 10 minutes later. Before I could say no thank you, please take me off your telephone list I was told by the male caller (Jake) that I didn't win a prize, and that they had to let all their "contributors" know that they wouldn't be asking for any donations at present due to the Coronavirus. Funny thing is I don't remember donating to the Paralympics though it is possible I did last year...

I decided to look up when their last raffle was and that ended back in May last year (2019) so not sure if the call to me was a scam...as why would they be calling me 10 months after the last prize draw.?..
